Create an original anime illustration of a young adult rooftop gardener wearing a raincoat and tending vegetables on a small apartment rooftop after rain. The city skyline reflects in puddles, sunset breaks through clouds, planters and a watering can add detail, and the scene feels warm and restorative. Use a landscape 4:3 frame, dynamic three-quarter view, clean cel shading with a painterly background, green and peach color palette, original character design, no school uniform, no copyrighted character, no logos, no readable text, no watermark.
