Create a polished original anime illustration of one adult East Asian weather-balloon recovery specialist working on blue polar ice during summer. The character wears layered teal cold-weather gear, goggles, and insulated gloves, kneeling beside a compact sled while gathering a landed orange sounding balloon and its small sensor capsule. Secure rope coils, a folded antenna, and a waterproof tool case to the sled, with a low research shelter beneath a pale pink-blue sky in the distance. Use a landscape 4:3 low three-quarter composition, letting the orange balloon sweep diagonally from the foreground toward the character. Render crisp original line art, soft cel shading, delicate ice reflections, wind-shaped snow, and practical equipment detail in a bright quiet mood. Adult only; original design; correct gloves, ropes, and joints; no franchise resemblance, readable text, logos, watermark, revealing clothing, weapons, or tangled anatomy.
