Create a polished original anime illustration of an adult East Asian kite restorer working on a coastal workshop terrace. The character wears a practical cream shirt and indigo apron, seated cross-legged while carefully binding a bamboo spar onto a large geometric bird-shaped kite. Surround the workspace with rolls of plain paper, bamboo strips, and thread spools, with a calm blue sea and bright sky beyond. Use a portrait 3:4 slightly elevated three-quarter view; the kite fills the lower foreground while the character and horizon create layered depth. Render expressive clean line art, soft cel shading, richly painted weathered wood, and clear late-morning light, with a salt breeze lifting loose paper edges. Adult only; original character and kite; correct hands and joints; no franchise resemblance, readable diagrams, text, logos, watermark, revealing clothing, or tangled anatomy.
