During a neighborhood-wide blackout, a small mixed-age group of ordinary residents sits quietly on blankets on a city rooftop and discovers the Milky Way above the dark skyline. Keep the people mostly in respectful silhouette, with one dim battery lantern between them. Build a believable contemporary apartment district with nearly every window dark, rooftop water tanks, antennas, laundry lines and potted plants. Compose a horizontal 16:9 cinematic narrative scene: wide rooftop foreground, low skyline across the middle and an enormous realistic star field dominating the upper half. Use deep indigo, charcoal, muted violet, faint moon edge and tiny warm amber light. Calm communal wonder, not disaster. No panic, fire, police lights, cyberpunk neon, giant moon, fantasy constellation, recognizable landmark, readable text, logos, duplicated people or watermark.
